@SandersCoaches My daughter was not offered a change voucher and I was told another school child was told he couldn’t travel as he didn’t have the correct money, only had a £10 note. What is your complaints procedure?

@SandersCoaches My daughter was less than impressed when on this coach this morning she was refused change on her journey to school. Surely your drivers should have the means to give change to people and not rip them off or pocket the change.
