The Higher Education Loans Board, HELB, is struggling with portal/website issues. Funny thing is we have some very good techies around lakini this country thrives on incompetence. The system is down, missing disbursement columns, and it's not the first time - the same issues date back to a year ago, every round of disbursement- the problems reoccur. When you ask - they say they're 'updating' systems, an update can go on for over a month? Each time of disbursement?. One can only wonder if the downtime is intentional to 'slash a share of the funds and manipulate records. You want to tell me in this country hakuna youths in tech, jobless even, who can sort these issues?

As unemployment grips youths, there are opportunities but when gate-keepers and corrupt characters oversee service delivery hatuezi toka block.

HELB, technology is too advanced and youths have the skills for a state agency to sanitize incompetence, give people who can do the work those opportunities. Mko na ufala sana
