‘Every line of strength in American history is coloured in Scottish blood.’ US President Woodrow Wilson.
Scotland inspired the US Declaration of Independence signed mostly by Scots. The US cannot let Scotland and so many Scottish-Americans down. Most US Presidents are Scots. The US must support Scotland at the @UN against our common oppressor, the English coloniser. England must leave Scotland like it left the US. Saor Alba 🏴 🇺🇸
"Let us be clear. No one should be tempted to try to reinvent the wheel, so to speak, when it comes to the right of self-determination, which is the inherent right of peoples to freely determine their political status without any external interference. The destiny of the Sahrawi people is only for the Sahrawi people to choose because they are the exclusive owners of sovereignty over Western Sahara."
– Dr Amb. Sidi M. Omar, Frente Polisario of Western Sahara, addressed to the C-24 Regional Seminar, Managua, May 2026
Dr Omar might have said precisely the same thing about Scotland, an ancient and respected European state, temporarily suspended by imperialist annexation.
The people of Scotland, their sovereignty unequivocally spelt out in the Declaration of the Clergy of 1309, and their status as the Community of the Realm of Scotland penned for eternity in the 1320 Declaration of Arbroath – a diplomatic letter addressed to Pope John XXII and the Papacy (the UN of its day) – are the sole owners of their nation's destiny.
That power and privilege does NOT fall to any England-as-UK government. This is despite the efforts of that government today to retain dominion over the Scots, expressed in the most misguided of tactical terms that reek of domination: "muscular unionism".

@UN@UNHumanRights Time for the UN to fully audit human rights and English colonialism in Scotland. What is happening in Scotland and the oppression Scots are submitted to is absolutely shameful. Scotland is an English colony as now clearly written in a report circulating at the UN.
Since I first posted this, the so-called "Union of Crowns" issue has, if anything, appeared even more frequently.
That suggests the 1603 lie is more load-bearing than previously assumed. It is not a side issue. It is a hinge.
As the reality of 1707 is excavated, 1603 is being invoked more often as an escape route from the logical conclusion: that Scotland was annexed.
The move is simple. If a "British Crown" had somehow been created in 1603, despite the evidence pointing the other way, then 1707 can be presented as the completion of an existing British project rather than the absorption of one Kingdom's institutions by another.
However that reading collapses under scrutiny.
The lie distorts later history as well. The National Trust for Scotland, for example, now accepts that a key Jacobite aim was the reversal of 1707 - "No Union"- yet still describes the Jacobites as fighting for a "British" throne.
That creates an obvious contradiction.
If there was no British throne before the 1707 "Pretended Union," and if the Jacobites were fighting to reverse that Union, then they can't coherently be described as fighting for a "British" throne. It simply doesn't make sense.
They were fighting over the constitutional settlement created in 1707: one that extended English Crown-in-Parliament sovereignty over Scotland and renamed the result "British."
Until 1707, two separate crowns and two separate kingdoms persisted. Scotland's Crown wasn't an English possession waiting to be merged. In Scots constitutional terms, sovereignty was vested in the community of the realm, and authority was delegated to the monarch on condition that it wasn't alienated.
That's the crucial point:
The Scottish Crown wasn't alienated in 1603.
It was alienated on 1 May 1707.
Once that's understood, the whole picture becomes clearer.
1603 didn't create Britain.
1707 didn't complete an old union.
It imposed a new constitutional order - and resistance to it was recognised at the time for what it was - the restoration of unlawfully alienated Scottish sovereignty.
actually this is fully established by the fact that James VI, Charles I, Charles II, William and Mary and Anne (all prior to annexation of 2797) took two separate Coronation Oaths, one for England the other for the Scots Crown. Also that James VII was deposed for two crimes against the Scottish nation; violating the fundamental constitution of Scotland by claiming the right, (to quote Dicey on English parliamentary sovereignty), ‘to make or unmake any law whatever’ and for failing to take the Scottish Coronation Oath as required by law. Furthermore, both Crowns remain today as does the statute providing the required format for the Scottish Coronation Oath. The requirement for the Scottish Oath is contained in the Claim of Right, a co fiction precedent and continua of the Treaty and Union (never put into effect). That’s why the oath remains a statute. Guess if any English monarch has raged the required Oath since Anne? And yet two crowns perdue and somehow the English Crown is called the British Crown and that name change is the same as a treaty for a single crown/kingdom.
Two crowns there were in 1603. Two crowns there were in 1707. Two crowns there are today. Fact. The implications are going to free this nation.
Scotland’s wind farms will pay £1 billion to connect to the UK grid.
Meanwhile, projects elsewhere in the UK will be paid to connect.
Scotland generates the energy. Scots should see the benefit.
Now Scotland's central belt has woken up re data centres.
BLACKROCK is a major shareholder in SSE. SSEN is a subsidiary owned 75% by SSE and 25% Ontario teacher's pension fund. These are the drivers of the pylon debacle in the Highlands which will feed data centres!
Westminster is one of the most wasteful, corrupt , incompetent and vindictive governments in the world, currently attacking the popular SNP government in every way possible to prevent Scotland gaining independence. The problem? England would fail without Scotland’s resources.
Scotland is literally the most plundered nation on earth.
The English colonial state extracts well over 100 billion pounds yearly from Scotland through its resources, taxes, trade interception, creative industries & economic control.
That is English colonialism not partnership.
Any sign of Starmer’s criminal pledge of £200 million investment from the UK’s National Wealth Fund to support our Grangemouth site? I thought not. These are the thieving radges we let plunder our resources and revenue. They are our political enemies. It has to end!!!!!!
@SaulStaniforth@mehdirhasan@zeteo_news What British media? All English. Scotland, an English colony as now called at the UN, has no media. The English coloniser blocks Scotland from owning media to prevent its colonial propaganda from collapsing. UK is a racist and Scotophobic term against Scots and Scotland.
