@ko1N1337 Our livelihood does not depend on it, and the features it has today, so I can instead focus on the features it will have tomorrow. It's a set of trade-offs, making the project appear stale right now, and while I think it will pay off long-term, it is yet to happen.

This behavior was documented in the pull request adding support for function-like macros in doc attributes https://t.co/3V2WBCoxMm, but it was really interesting to run into it myself, trying to handle rust version compatibility myself!

Turns out, if you explicitly parse #[doc = $expr:expr], rust macro solver is forced to expand $expr before #[doc] itself!
