My account had been compromised ever since May 10th, I have just seen it now and I want to recover my account. I opened a ticket and all they had told me is that they cant help. What can I do to recover my account?

@UbisoftSupport There has to be a way to actually talk to someone on the phone or through discord. I have tons of proof the account is mine that they didnt even want to see. I am happy to provide anything that they need. But they just immediately closed my case because my email had been changed
