After returning to social media, I promised myself not to comment on external events in the world, yet this will be the one exception.

It’s a hard pill to swallow, but everything you see on the news, every headline, every "breaking story" is part of a script designed to shape your reality. A stage. A distraction. When I say everything, I mean everything.

Call me a conspiracy theorist if you want, I don't care, but five years ago, I was already talking about the eventual fabrication of an "alien invasion" and now it’s unfolding before our eyes. You don’t need to be a genius to see through it. You just need the courage to step back and observe.

We’ve already failed the IQ test once, as a collective, during the pandemic. And now, we’re failing again. The constant noise is designed to lower your vibration, your focus and your potential. It’s a system meant to keep you small, reactive and powerless.

That’s why I refuse to pour my energy into things I can’t change. It only poisons my mind, just as it poisons yours.

The practice that works best for me is seeking comfort in discomfort. For example, I take cold showers every morning and, whenever possible, enjoy dips in the cold Irish Sea. These practices remind me to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth.

I live by the mantra, “It is what it is,” accepting life exactly as it unfolds. My focus is on my reactions and actions, as they are the only things truly within my influence.

At the same time, I’ve learned to listen to my intuition. When I surrender to it, I realize that nothing is fully in my control. I am being guided, as are we all. I used to believe I had a choice, but often, that belief led me to resist my intuition, which only caused suffering.
Now, I trust the flow of life and recognize that alignment with my inner guidance brings peace and clarity. And it works amazing.
Now, I can say that it is possible to be happy and live life in joy all the time. Whatever happens but it takes practice I have to say.
