@lucynooneblake Swyft sofa is another one, similar to Snug. Comes in boxes, super easy to assemble and usually delivers within 24hrs. Same rules apply in terms of being able to try it and return etc. We’ve had ours over a year and love it!

@British_Airways Having issues when trying to book on your website. Make it all the way to payment and then get an error message. Told to ring your customer service number which is now closed and refers you back to the website for new bookings. Any ideas? 🤷🏻‍♀️
