I can vouch for SEAI being a great place to work, with colleagues who are passionate about what they do, a lot of freedom/support to innovate and test out new ideas, and the potential to make a real impact.
Feel free to reach out with any questions about the role.
We are looking for a PostDoc to work with us for 2 years on identifying and reducing #AdministrativeBurden and #Sludge in Ireland's Climate Action Plan. The closing date is January 16th. Retweets are much appreciated!

This month my family received a posthumous Bravery Award for my father. @Oireachtasnews saw a tweet of mine about how he helped to save a drowning man from the Liffey in 1955. I feel so proud of him, he would never have told this story himself.
We have a few more reports in the pipeline for the coming months. If anyone is interested in being added to a distribution list for Behavioural Economics Unit publications just let me know!
Thanks @EF110Econ for this great summary of our new report about consumers' ability to operate heat pumps and their controls (and crossing one thing off my to do list). Couldn't have said it better myself!
Report available here: https://t.co/Si639bvSIB
@SEAI_ie's Behavioural Economics Unit has just published one of it's most important papers.
A summary of surveys and online experiments which sought to understand how well consumers understand heat pumps and their control systems.
A thread. 🧵
Major credit to @h_julienne 1/n
A great opportunity for marketing organisations to deliver a really innovative project. @SEAI_ie want to explore how a combination of 'hyper-targetted' marketing techniques and behavioural economics can get more homeowners to join Ireland's energy revolution.

Happy to see @SEAI_ie announce the first County winners of the EV dealership awards based on mystery shopping of EV dealers.
This idea came from a paper we wrote on driving EV adoption summarized below. Great work by @shaneprender1 & EV team!
