Some facts (I didn’t know) about corruption at the #BeirutPort:
- Managed since 1990 by independent entity with a temporary board..yes temporary for 30 years.
- Did not send any financial report to ministry of finance, and not audited.
- Revenue 250m$/year, only 40m$ transferred.
