Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) is not contagious and is not related to personal hygiene. It is a chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by recurrent painful nodules and abscesses, commonly affecting skin folds.

Actinic keratosis is a precancerous skin condition caused by long-term sun exposure. ☀️
It appears as solitary or multiple rough, scaly patches or bumps on sun-damaged skin.
Prevention includes limiting sun exposure, using sunscreen regularly, and wearing protective clothing.
