There should be only one funding agency for fellowship distribution and equal pay for Indian research scholars who are pursuing a PhD in India, whether it's @IndiaDST @ugc_india @CSIR_IND @ICMR @DBTIndia @iaripgssu2022.It is a disgraceful situation that all the funding agencies are neglecting to scholars while they should issue an office memorandum so far, including a 60% fellowship hike. @rajesh_gokhale @guptaakhilesh63

It's very sad to say that no authority is paying attention to regularise the disbursement of NFOBC. For most of the students fellowship is the only source to fund their research and even personal/family expenses for poor students. It's highly impacting our research&mental cond.
