I picked up the habit of smoking when I was in JS3, started with cigarettes then moved to weed in Uni, became a ft chain smoker in 2022. I’ve try quitting several time but my environment always make it tough, I finally found a safe spot that wants nothing but my GROWTH!!!

I worry too much, man. Spent the whole day thinking about how to fix a problem, and the solution only presented itself an hour ago. I need to learn not to force the ball if I actually want to ball soon…
Smoking weed delays emotional processing and maturity.
If you started smoking weed as a teenager, and you haven’t stopped in your 20’s-30’s, mentally, you’re still a teenager.
If you started smoking weed to cope with a traumatic experience, you are delaying your own healing by burying it instead of actually processing it.
As a former pothead, I know potheads have a hard time accepting this truth. Even going to the point of denial
Withdrawal is kicking my ass. I feel sick, the cravings are relentless, every emotion I’ve been trying to escape has come rushing back, and my mood changes by the minute. I just wonder how much longer I’ll have to endure this shit. I really hope I don’t relapse.
It hit me today that I don’t even have a real friend group anymore. No group chats. No circle. Just a few people I catch up with once in a while. Life moves on, people change, priorities shift, and somehow we all drift apart. That’s just how it goes. Sometimes it’s lonely.
there is insane money in this world. your mates are making life-changing money cos they have better information, better access and stronger networks. stop waiting for luck. pressure yourself, you are not doing enough.
Modern luxury is the ability to live quietly. No drama. No noise. No pretending to be someone you are not. Just living low-key. Reading. Thinking. Listening to music. Staring at walls. Going for walks. Watching old movies. Being bored. Working on your purpose. And feeling life deeply. That is peace.
@thebantaa@Beautyugo1 I get your point, but taking food away from someone is worse. I ignore my estate security guard whenever he does the same because reporting him to mgt could cost him his job. Besides, I have nothing to lose, so why go that far when I can just ignore him.
