@ScottishPower I spoke to someone yesterday to set up a direct debit which the lady did over the phone, however today Scottish power has taken the full amount of £822 from my account which I cannot afford at the moment. Today I can get through to anyone on the phone.

@TUIUK @TUIUK we are due to fly to Jamaica in 12 days. Currently Jamaica have stopped anyone coming in to the country for 2 weeks, the ban is suppose to be lifted the day after we are due to fly. Will we be able to move the dates if Jamaica lifts the ban? Or should we just get refunded?
