My Advice to Gen. Museveni, My Champion

My advice to Gen. Museveni, my champion, is that it is very risky to have only Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba as the only possible candidate for succession of Jjajja Champion, the President of Uganda for the sake of Gen.Muhoozi safety and national security.

He needs to have leaders in a queue ,around 10 of them prepared and known to the public.

He needs to be ready to plan ahead in everything. Succession should not become something we start discussing only when a crisis has already arrived.

If Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba is considered number one, then NRM, or Champion Jjajja Museveni and his squad, should also have a line-up of successors up to number 10 well known to each other.

These should be capable leaders who are prepared, mentored and ready to take responsibility when their time comes.

The purpose is not to create rivals or enemies as it seemingly boiling among family members ans the general public.

It is to prevent power struggles and avoid a situation where people begin fighting or killing each other over who should take over. A clear and orderly line of leadership could give Ugandans confidence that there is always a peaceful next https://t.co/ORaVgyWwXT even weakens the fake opposition anyway to the core!

As a general public, we should be able to discuss and name our possible future presidential successors in a row, openly and responsibly. Planning ahead is not disloyalty by the way ,it is wisdom.

My message to Gen. Museveni is therefore: do not leave Uganda with only one possible successor ,you create alot of risks aroind him,he may even start to panic or make errors, he needs to lead a team.

Kindly begin to think of building a strong queue of future possible Uganda leaders bred by your legacy,it doesn't matter even if they are your family members mixed with trusted allies . Prepare the next ten. Give your NRM party,family,and country options.Kiyamba ffe.

Because leadership should not depend on one person, one family or one moment. NRM, the President's squad and Uganda as a nation must prepare for tomorrow while we still have the opportunity to do so peacefully.

Let us plan ahead. Let us prepare leaders. Let us avoid possible power struggles. Let us protect Uganda and ensure that leadership transitions are peaceful, orderly and in the national interest. You could bave faught many wars and won them,you need to win this one also and its urgent. I remain
