@AudiUKCare I have a 2-day old brand new Audi A3 TFSIe that was delivered with "Demo" Audi Connect license instead of the three years. If the dealership cannot rectify this, is Audi able to do so if I provide VIN etc?

@AudiUKCare I visited my local Audi dealer who said that I needed to visit the dealership at the point of sale. The car was flatbed delivered from Crewe (I am Leicester based), I am in talks with them however suggested that connecting the phone is all I need to do, that is not the issue:
