You’re all a pretty positive group which feels nice for a rookie like me who mostly simply reads and learns here. I have separate corporate career as SVP but having fun trying to get my own brand going. Had my supplier balk at previous agreed MOQ today where I was ready to pony up $30k, suppliers been hard for me to find but all fun and learning. Cheers

In college ucsd was living w 8 guys in house. One winter broke 4 surfboards in a week surfing Blacks beach. Zero in bank . I worked facilities painting at school and had put $25 in maintenance team Super Bowl pool. I won a quarter made $600 , paid rent, got new wetsuit and bought a keg and threw a party. Was then broke again. Epic time.

@johnhickey1970 Ha, I’ve done that run as kid. And recent too, at conference last week, 20+ pedicabs waiting w no takers , I offered $20 to go about 8 blocks, they were all firm at $80. I could afford, but just ran to my next meeting felt good. 52yo.
