Menopause affects nearly every woman, yet there are zero drugs in development beyond symptom management. 📉

OVARIA, the joint effort between Gero and @athenabiorg, combats this by running genome-wide and rare-variant association studies to identify new therapeutic targets.

The harsh truth. ⬇️

Despite improving health and lifestyle choices, people are not getting younger. 👀

Aging is a physics problem that molecular biology alone cannot answer, and that’s exactly what we’re working to solve at Gero.

We’re thrilled to announce that Eileen Brandenburger has joined Gero as our new Head of Intellectual Property and Licensing! 🧬

In her role at Gero, she’ll lead our commercial and technical IP legal work, drawing on her expertise in the field.
