Wasnt the point that Bruce forgot but it was still there deep down where Hulk lives, so Bruce doesnt remember but Hulk does. Its a nod how in the comics those two are great friends since Peter of course is super sweet with Hulk, doesnt treat him like a beast. Whichthe movies couldnt develop but well.

It would make sense that telepaths block a persons mental intent. After all she doesnt know how a spider dna bodies works or even moves (spiders are hidraulic).

So if Peters intent was "I have to STOP her" He couldnt move

But when he sensed the shot and was "she is going to DIE" It sidestepped her grip on his mind.

Also note that he was moving towards her and was stopped, but then he moved towards the path of the bullet.
