I genuinely wish there was far more urgency, coordination, and sustained pressure, especially from the media, in confronting Nigeria’s cybercrime crisis.

There’s still so much that can be done, yet very little is actually being done at the scale this problem deserves.

I honestly think the war against cybercrime is already lost. The ecosystem has grown too deep, too normalised, and too economically embedded.

What we’re doing now is mostly damage control and trying to pick up the pieces before it gets even worse.
