@__meleKK @Dyson You can buy replacement batteries on Ebay which are pretty good. You can also get them from Dyson. Just keep an eye on the charging plugs you use if you have more than one Dyson.

@__meleKK @Dyson Do you have another Dyson by any chance? The charging plugs are identical but if you don't use them with the model they were supplied with they will drain the battery completely. I don't know why - this seems to be by design (thanks @Dyson.

@RichardGCorbett This is the point of companies - limited liability. The Johnson administration handed out contracts like sweets without seeking personal guarantees from directors. They caused this. I don't like what Baroness Mone has got away with but UK company law isn't to blame for this.

@UndisScot We stayed in Glenelg about 15 years ago and in an absolute triumph of timing, arrived the day after the ferry to Skye closed for the winter. The three hour drive to the other ferry port (and indeed, to anywhere other than Glenelg) is very scenic though.

@AnnetteMckay15 3/3 nearly there I promise - really important that your solicitor has them (or at least copies if you do send them) so that the evidence of your very clear intention is with the Will. Sorry you're having to do this though, not a situation anyone wants to be in.

@AnnetteMckay15 2/2 to challenge a will on the basis that there must have been a terrible mistake. It's upsetting for the people you do want to inherit. The letters will head that off at the pass, but there's no point sending them now - they are most powerful and useful if kept with the Will 2/3
