@bryanacotton1 If this is true should we see worse outcomes in recent years from national surgical datasets sets? As the "good ole boys" retire and are replaced by the "not ready" as you say, shouldn't there be a recent spike in CBD injury, anastomotic leaks, <12 LN for colon CA...etc?
