@eyowo I have made several complaints through different means and several times It's more than 72 hours of waiting now but I am yet to hear from you about my complaint. I guess the bank is trying to tell me they are less concerned about their customer's welfare.

@gtbank I got a dispensing error that has not been reversed for more than a week now. I hope the bank needs to be aware of how much loss this nearly cost me if not that a friend interfered by helping me out and I need to pay her back but have not received the reversal of my money
