@AirbnbHelp, can an actual senior representative please contact us and properly review our case? We’ve done everything Airbnb has asked us to do and should not have to keep chasing customer service just to have our complaint heard.

@AirbnbHelp I genuinely don’t know what else we’re supposed to do at this point. We’ve called at least 7 times and have spoken with Karan, Said, Nasheem, Smitha, Esraa, Alejandro, Mynor, Aileen, and Sheikh, and still have received no real help.

We have a serious, fully documented complaint regarding our stay and are requesting a full refund of $2,460.54. Instead of an actual resolution, we’ve received what appear to be automated responses, endless transfers, and promised callbacks that never happen.

We keep being told a senior representative will call us back in “5–10 minutes,” and the call never comes. Then we call again, explain everything all over again, get transferred, and are told the exact same thing.
