Let there no doubt about it, my enemies, including my adversaries in lawfare, HATE me!!! They want to destroy me and will pull out ALL stops to try to defeat me. They hate TRUTH!!!

Today, Freemason Atlanta Attorney Andrew Beal, filed a motion asking Judge Scott McAfee to dismiss my ENTIRE appeal of the rigged and unlawful jury verdict against me rendered in McAfee’s tribunal.

Why???

Because my Notice of Appeal mistakenly included reference to 2 pretrial transcripts which we did not file in the trial court record.

2 transcripts upon which I do NOT rely on and are not essential to the basis for my appeal.

John Exum promptly filed an amended notice of appeal removing those transcripts from the record to be transferred to the appeal court.

A mere mistake as to designating 2 transcripts which are not relevant to my appeal.

And yet Beal still wants Judge McAfee to strip me of my right of appeal in its entirety!!!

“No right of appeal for Wood!!!”Beal exclaims, “Seize ALL of his property NOW with no appeal being allowed!!! Pay me and my clients NOW!!! Take ALL of Wood’s property NOW!!!

His effort to deprive me of my right of appeal has no legal basis in law under the factual circumstances.

Is Beal scared of what will happen if my appeal is lawfully considered as the law requires???

Let’s see what happens.
