1️⃣ Do NOT start osteoporosis drugs without proper risk assessment

🚫 Avoid starting Denosumab / bisphosphonates / any osteoporosis drug in patients with:
• Only osteopenia
• Low fracture risk (low FRAX)
• Non-specific aches/pains
• No clear risk evaluation
👉 Treat based on risk, not just the T-score.

@nileshnolkha I’ve a comment on 2nd doctor. Pt made it clear that didn’t want to take first line Rx. Made an informed choice.
Doesn’t 2nd doctor has a duty to give them next best option (as long as they went with reasonable one)
