Finally fixed the @usehagfish's duplicate line items bug by leveraging @sailsjs findOrCreate @waterlineorm method.

Previously, I was doing some async app logic in a loop which of course can lead to some race condition. It has been so annoying but I guess there is some energy coding at the airport.

Here was the previous race condition prone code versus simplifying things with .findOrCreate()
