Coming on here to let it be known we’re never using @Budget or partners ever again! Usually @Costco and @Budget are wonderful & I’ve recommended using their travel services more times than I can count. But the situation we were in required customer care that they didn’t provide.

@Budget @Costco So all of this to say, don’t use @Budget! Customer service doesn’t care and won’t help you in anyway. It’s also bad because they offer discounts with @AlaskaAir and my husband is an MVP Gold with them and we’d love to use their services through that, but not anymore.
