@MacFarlaneNews Nah Scott, not at all. It’s lukewarm. You know what would be “scorching” - a ruling that held officials and their lawyers accountable, a ruling that ordered sanctions, fines, jail time. You may feel a burn, but this administration does not.
@lawofruby@MSNOWNews How about enforcing the orders? You know, sanctions, contempt, fines, jail. It’s really not a that hard. But you have to be willing to reckon with reality and stop idly threatening.
@kyledcheney How often must we see this charade? The judge who is told in advance the government will violate the ruling, and who responds with righteous indignation backed up by threats of enforcement - without ever actually imposing enforcement.
@SiegelScribe@jongeeting Height of stupidity. Who believes he will honor a verbal “commitment,” publicly stated or not? If it’s not in the legislation, it’s worthless. And even then it’s doubtful, when has he ever felt constrained by the Constitution or law?
@JonnyPage9 Fine. Who’s playing guard and tackle with Steen and Mailata? A playoff team with Bell and Lampkin and guys off the street (practice squad)?
