@agronomistryan1@wooffwayne I’ve been told that even if you always have the mineral available to them, they’re not getting the full amount they need in their liver reserve. We use multimin and have noticed a big difference, but still have loose mineral around too
@brandibuzzard@CbarJRanch The best I can personally come up with is keep good records of your cattle, and hope the person you sell to or buy from does as well. But really there’s nothing that’s complication free for how often cattle are moved around

Cowboy: You need to find a farmer and purchase several hundred lbs when we can squeeze in a locker date.
Consumer: Eats something else.
Ranching is doing the same thing every year over and over again. You can see it as an opportunity to improve something every year and look forward to it, or you can discourage yourself and only see it as a repeating cycle of hardship. Mindset matters
