NCBA leaders and members were on hand at the @WhiteHouse to celebrate the Working Families Tax Cuts included in the One Big Beautiful Bill. This event is the culmination of NCBA’s work to expand the Death Tax exemption and reform the tax code to help preserve family-owned cattle operations.
@kenzyranch High schools with trade school programs need to be informing kids that comfortable living can be made running your own small business usda inspected meat processing facility. Ask the ones in my area are booked out almost a year.
@angrycowboy1@HemmertKyle No, ive got some, he goes back to sitz piglet, only slightly lesser known than sitz alliance. He'll still have a good weaning weight.
@angrycowboy1@KINGS1973 Good point. Steve may get his wish...small and mid-sized usda inspected meat processors popping up everywhere. 2 in my area, already 11 month wait. Im dipping my toe in farm to table.
@BeefUSA@USFWS@PLCranching The Dakotas seem to be chuck full of rcalfers, did they help facilitate this? Don't jump down my throat im legitimately curious?
Today, @USFWS announced the delisting of both the Northern and Southern population segments of the lesser prairie-chicken under the Endangered Species Act. This decision follows years of work by NCBA and @PLCranching who challenged the 2022 listing for being legally and scientifically flawed. This is welcome news for ranchers in CO, KS, NM, OK, and TX and an important step toward practical, science based conservation.

NCBA thanks @realDonaldTrump for delivering a key victory for America’s cattle farmers and ranchers by removing numerous tariff and non-tariff barriers for U.S. beef exports to Taiwan. American cattle producers look forward to this expanded market access for years to come thanks to the work of the President and @USTradeRep Ambassador Jamieson Greer.

@angrycowboy1@gbtangus Some great stuff at cattle con last week on virtual fencing! Its coming. Probably be awhile before it is feasible in the rough mountains where I am though.
@RanaePape Being a Wyoming boy myself... thankfully this would only happen in Jackson. I can speak for kemmerer and Evanston, and star valley, he would have been treated better.
@ThoughtCrimes80@tvheidihatch Salt lake is a hippie dippie commie mecha, it's like a festering localized pustule in the state of Utah. We're doing our best to keep it localized since we can't legally excise it.
