Booked flights with @PrecisionAirTz from Mbeya to Arusha (Aug 2, 2025). Showed up at Mbeya airport only to be told Precision hasn’t flown there in YEARS. We were charged in full, forced to charter a $9k plane to make our safari. Unacceptable. Still waiting for restitution.

@LeonsFurniture Sales team at Britannia Mississauga location provided false advertising and are now trying to charge us for additional hardware to assemble a bed and headboard that has already been delivered. Have escalated to management and continuing to get runaround.
