Sirs pls fine core college of arts who took over Vivekananda park in Indiranagar without GBA's permission. Stalls were set up inside & on footpath on periphery with mobile toilets. Park is maintained by #cornerstonebuilders whose staff misused #indiranagar #parkencroachment

Sirs this was a petty shop that has been made to permanently encroach footpath by BBMP contractor while relaying footpath with tax payer's money. Are footpaths meant to be for pedestrians or for street vendors?. BBMP AEE refuses to take action as he is constantly under duress.

Sirs, @GBAChiefComm @GBA_office how can construction be allowed despite a High Court order to stop it? Instead of brokering deals between violators and residents, your officials must act against the illegality. Please stop the construction immediately and remove the name board.

Sir @DKShivakumar, Mani Sankar, owner of the pub has gone on record that he has your blessings for illegal pub and hence GBA passing the buck & unwilling to take action. Brazenly violated & within 70 mts of the school you studied in!. Please step in & ask officials to take action

Sir @CPBlr why is La Gioia allowed to run karaoke without a valid music licence? Residents were assured that noise pollution laws would be strictly followed. The hoysala #30 assigned was looking at reducing volume and not shutting it. Please initiate action as promised.

Sir @CPBlr, if permissions are granted by your office, for establishments to remain open till 1 a.m., it is also your responsibility to ensure residents are not disturbed in any manner. We would like a meeting to understand the arrangements planned especially the holiday season.

Sir @DKShivakumar, it’s not just about allowing pubs & restaurants to stay open till 1 am. It’s equally important to ensure patrons don’t disturb nearby residents and that proper parking is provided. Revelry must not spill into residential areas. Residents vote not establishments

Do the simple tasks...

Provide proper footpaths
Remove sand and Debris from roads
Keep culverts and SWD clean
Enforcement of garbage segregation and collection
At a minimum...

Can add more after these are 60% satisfactory

charging 5k for skating on this artificial snow🙄
