YUP - ANOTHER OLD DOG!!!!
This boy is 13 yrs old, in poor condition and currently in pound kennels - he has been picked up straying previously and was awaiting a welfare check.
He is not neutered so we are looking for a dog free foster home local to Horsham ideally to get him back into good health and assess.
The Pound say he is a lovely and sweet boy.
We urgently want to find a foster / forever home for Sam as he does NOT deserve to be in kennels at this time in his life!

In kennels, no interest since March ๐๐๐
Meet Ivy, Ivy is a 9 year old female french bulldog. She came into us with another french bulldog that has now been re-homed, we did have to separate them due to the other dog nibbling at the back of her ears, this caused her a few problems and has taken a few weeks to alleviate, they have now healed. ivy has also had previous hematoma's on one of her ears as you can see that have now healed, this has caused crumpling of her ear and her ear will need regular cleansing to keep her ears nice and clean.
We have been told that Ivy is house trained, good with other dogs, children, travels well but cats is unknown.
Ivy has been in kennels since March and has not had any interest at all ๐ and it has also taken a while to heal her ears.
Ivy has always been fantastic with staff, and very affectionate with us, she is good on the lead and also clean in her kennel, we cannot fault ivy in the kennels at all here and we would like to see her get her final home, if ivy was to be tried with another dog the other dog would have to give her space and not push her around.
We think Ivy would suit a retired owner or someone who works at home without small children around who can give her all the attention that she needs, she loves to be around people!
Pease note Ivy will need regular balming of the back of her ears to reduce her scarring.

Glorious Valerie is 10 years young and came to us via a dog warden/council pound after being found straying. Valerie was microchipped but the details were not up to date so no owner could be found.
Since her arrival, Valerie has been a pleasure to care for. She adores attention and the company of people. On her dog assessment, she really came to life and we feel she could share a home alongside dogs of similar size. Care will need to be taken around toys however, as Valerie can be a little possessive over them. She has shown that she will chase cats so homes will need to be feline free.
On her health check with our vet, a heart murmur was detected. Physically, she is a very fit girl and for now requires no treatment relating to her heart.
Valerie is a wonderful little dog who has buckets of character. She is a very comical girl, who enjoys her walks and company of others. We often have to search for her in her kennel as she likes to burrow into her blankets.
A home is now required for Valerie where she can live out her life with the companionship and love she so deserves. If you can offer her the perfect home, please complete our online application form. Thank you - Foal farm Rescue,

This adorable & very special pair are looking for a loving family due to a change in circumstances, they have lived together happily since a very young age and so are very bonded, we will be looking for a retirement home where they can stay together as they head towards their twilight years..
A little bit of info from their lovely foster mumโฆ
โToby and Carys have been with me for a week now.
Not knowing where they were when they arrived, they were a bit worried and stayed with each other in their bed.
We had a few accidents on the first day, but that was expected as they were a little confused and didn't know how to get to outside.
After just 24 hours, they were settling in beautifully and following me around.
They haven't had any issues mixing with my 2 resident Lhasa Apsos.
And no more accidents.
Carys loves attention and has more energy than Toby, she loves running around and playing. She also loves sitting on your lap to have cuddles too.
She would love longer walks.
Toby is a typical old boy, he loves his food, a bit of fuss, then likes his space, and sleep, he would be happy to have a mooch around a garden, or go on a very short walk.
They are both quite content in snuggling up together to sleep.
They are quite happy with being left at home for a few hours.
They have been a joy to have stay with me.โ
Carys & Toby could live with other dogs and they have also lived with cats previously.
They have never had any interaction with children so will need an adult home, perhaps a teenager or two for cuddles and playtime.
We are ideally looking for a home local to Herefordshire who could foster them whilst they receive their dental surgeries, with a view to adopting them, to save them any further upheaval and change.

DOVE - Collie x Lurcher/Saluki around 2-3 years old, spayed, vaccinated and microchipped, up to date with flea and worming treatments.
The photos really do not do her justice as she is a pretty girl, medium height, weighs 14.9kg.
Very friendly and affectionate and seems to be fine with the other dogs she has met.
Cats and other small furries are unknown and untested.
Any children in the home need to be 5+
Dove travels well and walks nicely on the lead.
She may need a bit of a house training refresher after being in kennels.
We would like to see Dove go to a home where she is not left for more than a few hours.
A secure garden with adequate height fencing is a must.

Saved from a council pound!!
AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTIONโ
This beautiful 5-year-old boy was sadly unwanted and left at the pound with nowhere to call home. It was clear he hadnโt had the best start in life and was in poor condition, needing plenty of love and serious TLC. Thankfully, we had the perfect foster home ready and waiting for him.
Since then, his journey has been nothing short of heartwarming. He enjoys wonderful daily pamper sessions (which he absolutely loves!), has been castrated, and received the care he needed to improve his breathing, overall health, and weight gain. And I must say โ his new little nose is rather wonderful!
He did have some issues with his ears, but these are recovering beautifully. His ear drops and steroids have now finished, and he just needs a simple daily clean to keep them healthy.
Meerkat is fully house trained, sleeps soundly all night, and will happily stay settled until youโre ready to start the day (or when the light goes on!). Heโs really embracing life the way he should be now. Playtime is his favourite time โ the ball is his prized possession โ and heโs enjoying longer walks and meeting new friends along the way.
Meerkat has such a special aura about him โ a gentle, loving soul who truly deserves the very best life has to offer.
His ideal home:
โข He could be the only dog, or live with a calm dog that matches his energy levels
โข Children aged 14+ (he hasnโt been fully tested with younger children)
โข Not cat tested
โข Someone who loves cuddles and is ready for a new best friend

This adorable little girl is Minnie! Four years ago Minnie was in the pound as an unclaimed stray, Foal rehomed Minnie but very sadly her owner has passed away and she needs our help again.
Minnie has been loved and cherished for the last four years. She is now 12 years old and looking for the perfect retirement home. Minnie is a very friendly girl who loves to meet new people, she really is the perfect companion.
Despite her age, Minnie loves going for a walk and is very spritely! Absolutely no leads whatsoever, no one recognises him, the microchip phone contacts are not working. MicroChip address not near place he was found, no joy at microchip address.
He is safe for now but I suspect a medical condition and he may be receiving and need treatment.
He is an old boy, approx 11.
