Requirements
·Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
· Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
·Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is an added advantage.
·Sound knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
·Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
