Your agent keeps making the mistake you corrected yesterday
Memory is supposed to fix that. It also lets anything your agent reads become something it remembers
In this article, I show you how to build memory your agent can trust ↓ https://t.co/99DPkk7zQk

Coursera co-founder Andrew Ng:
"When writing software becomes ten or a hundred times faster, not only is there a product management bottleneck, pretty much everything else becomes a bottleneck"
In this 31-minute conversation with LangChain CEO Harrison Chase at Interrupt in May 2026, he explains where the bottleneck moves once coding agents make building fast, why he now sets up tiny teams of generalists, and why bottom-up AI projects bring efficiency gains but not the transformation
Writing the code was the old bottleneck
Everything around the code is the new one

Anthropic Member of Technical Staff Lance Martin:
"Five out of five replicates with raw memory store fell down this trap. With dreaming, this error is corrected"
In this 19-minute talk at AI Engineer World's Fair in June 2026, he explains how Anthropic builds agents for long-horizon tasks and why Claude kept falling through the same Pokémon trapdoor
Memory written mid-task can be wrong, or locally optimal but not globally
Dreaming reviews the memory store and past sessions offline and fixes the errors
Few $1,000 AI agent courses go as deep as these 19 minutes

i turned my Memory Engineering guide into one page
six layers between a session and a memory your agent can trust:
step 1 → separate: you write the rules. the agent writes its notes, in its own folder under git
step 2 → checkpoint: every session reads it first and rewrites it last. done, verified, next, don't retry
step 3 → index: one line per note. Claude Code loads only the first 200 lines or 25KB of it
step 4 → stamp: your harness records the source, session and time of every write. untrusted ones wait in quarantine
step 5 → consolidate: merge duplicates and drop stale notes in a new copy, never in place. then review the diff
step 6 → promote: a correction you gave twice becomes a rule, a test or a skill
most people fix a forgetful agent with a longer instruction file
you don't have to

OpenAI co-founder Andrej Karpathy:
"Agentic engineering is about preserving the quality bar of what existed before in professional software"
In this 29-minute conversation with Sequoia partner Stephanie Zhan at AI Ascent in April 2026, he explains how agentic engineering differs from vibe coding, why today's models are so jagged, and why understanding is still the human's job
Vibe coding raised the floor for everyone
Agentic engineering keeps the quality bar

Send this prompt to Claude Code or Codex before you trust your agent's memory
it audits every memory file → flags what's stale or planted → tests 8 bad memories
it writes only to memory-audit/. nothing else changes until you say yes
Copy this now. Thank me later:
