@bobbinbicycles v sad to learn that my helmet which I purchased June last year & have only worn max 5 times needs to go to landfill. The chin clasp slipped off the strap on one side, whilst cycling. Didn’t want a new helmet, just the spare part. Shame you can’t supply spares!

@VirginAtlantic can you please help? Can you clarify exactly what your current flexible booking policy is? Website says it ends 23/6, but it doesn’t tell you what the policy is. Para below gives details for flights if booked 16/2 and 23/4. Thanks

@DeliverooHelp hello, I’ve just been sent half an order and the half that arrived was cold, not warm but properly cold. I’ve had a live chat with Wilson who said he couldn’t credit the food we could consume! Non of it could be consumed as it either didn’t arrive or was cold.
