@LeShuttle_Help don’t you think you should be providing updates on the hundreds of people that are left sat for over an hour at check in with no idea what is happening! How do the big bosses not learn year after year!

It’s a free for all! An absolute mess! I cross 6-8 times a year and since Covid you’ve only got worse.

@LeShuttle when are you going to supply updates for the current shambles of a situation at Folkestone. Your website says 30mins delay but we’ve not even made it to the check in barriers at 50minute waiting. Sort it out!!

@LeShuttle Liam, it’s an absolute mess. Motorbikes skipping queues everywhere and then they take longer to get through passport control. Ground staff have 0 idea of what’s going on and there’s no system to how many cars are let through on which lanes

@LeShuttle why have I been sitting waiting for departure for nearly 2hrs with no update. Train time was 21.20 That completely disappeared and changed to 21.50. Moved to boarding area and no movement now the boards are showing 22.21 for departure.
