I was actually in the middle of helping a homeless veteran living in his van. As you can see I sent him $500. I was able to send him $500 twice. I was trying to get him $2K total but Paypal would not authorize the transactions and then decided to permanently shut down my account!!! Therefore half of his funds are locked down! Unbelievable!!! I have used Paypal for years to get emergent funds to veterans!
