@UberUKsupport I really want to type a whole heap of abuse but there’s no point as no humans check any of my messages I’ve literally been talking to myself for over a month whilst Uber eats continues to try charge me a wrong amount for an order I’ve already paid for every day

Again that shitty generated message about being referred to the “specialised” team is all I am given. It seems to me it is impossible to speak to a human at Uber unless you have an ongoing order. Worst customer service in the world I’m sure of it
It seems to me as if Uber eats “specialist team” is just a computer generated message that has different peoples names on it. Why is it so hard for a company as big as Uber to 1. stop charging me for unauthorised payments and 2. Provide me with details on how to make a complaint
@Uber_Support it has been 9 days since this started happening & NOTHING has been done. I’ve asked for information on how to make a complaint several times. Do not reply with “we have passed this on to our specialist team” reply with contact details! Stop fucking charging me!
