I don't know what scam @CenturyLink @lumentechco and @quantumfiber cooked up in Omaha metro area. Unannounced we lost fiber service end of January from @CenturyLink were told to call and transfer service to @quantumfiber. That took nearly 3 weeks to get service back. Now we are still getting billed from @CenturyLink / @lumentechco even though I we canceled services in March. Might I add shipped equipment back. Called again today to request re-fund and magically there service is down to process. @Public_Justice and @publicknowledge I wonder if there are more cases like this holding money from consumers?

@CenturyLink I was told in March your re-fund system was down and that we should see re-fund for February soon. Called today and NOW need re-fund for 4 months of billings, and was told re-fund system was down.
