Summary:
AI native people: superindividual
AI native process: only 2 role, Agent with human in the loop.
AI native organization: netrual network driven by events.
What will be AI-native processes? Here is a illustration:
In the industrial era, workflows were linear: research → design → development → testing → operations. This created specialized divisions and ever finer roles. In the AI Native era, with super individuals and agents, the flow shifts to: "Where do we need humans in the loop?" — everything else can be handled by AI.
Personal update: I've joined Anthropic. I think the next few years at the frontier of LLMs will be especially formative. I am very excited to join the team here and get back to R&D. I remain deeply passionate about education and plan to resume my work on it in time.
