@pmarca Is mere “life” sacred? Because, if that is the case, I’m not sure why the thumbnail is a human hand, and not a bunch of chickens going into a slaughter machine, or marinating in their own feces in cages.
These are the kinds of thoughts I think wantonly. But when I say them as if they were as pleasant as any fact, I realize that people are prudish about what thoughts they allow themselves to think, you know?

With these kinds of takes, I sense an undertone of "Western countries should enjoy the benefits of modernity, but everyone else should be ensconced in their 'traditional' ways of life & be an ethnic circus specifically for the pleasure of the romantic Occidental tourist.
@KatieBaynes Start by going to the gym three times a week for an hour each time. Vary your cardio: bike, run, swim. Lift weights with different muscle group each day.
Once your weight loss plateaus, do interval training. Ideally with a fitness instructor who will force you to push yourself.
