I just want to clarify stuff about this list.
These are definitely (!!!) not all the mutations in the new variant, nor even the unique ones.
This is the broadest list of the most unique mutations.
Put it this way -over the last week, about 8k🧬were uploaded to @GISAID. Except for the 3🧬of the variant that scored 21/21 on this list, the rest did not exceed 1/21.
I prepared this list because I work with 🧬labs. I know that the most important thing for them is simple and specific. That's the simplest most specific test to see if u got something related to the new variant.
