Congratulation to Drs. Kaplitt, Murray and this one-of-a-kind team of neurosurgeons, neurologists and radiologists whose work will push our field forward and allow us to offer relief to more patients with essential tremor through this minimally invasive technique.

We got to celebrate (soon to be the newest member of our faculty) Dr. Liming Qiu’s birthday with our #500th#focusedultrasound treatment for #essentialtremor, and the outcome speaks for itself. It’s incredible to be one of the first centers to reach the historic 500 club.
This work is the latest in a series of studies by our team to discover new and innovative ways to use DBS and focused ultrasound to help people struggling with both psychiatric and movement disorders.
