@RigbyXO@FLAMinstarrz@lilmanbigdick Are you talking about the other person here or
Because this argument was so unserious that I didn’t even block the person I was actually having a long argument with
It’s been nearly a day since the last reply was sent, I think its safe to say the argument is over
the best advice i have heard as a dietitian given to clients who are trying to make changes is to look at ways to add things to your life. not ways to remove. make the mac and cheese and then look at a way to add a vegetable to it. start there. sandwich? can you use whole grain
i think the reason most eating disorder treatment fails is because it’s treated as a mental illness in the category of anxiety/depression when in reality it’s in the category of addiction
@FLAMinstarrz@lilmanbigdick@RigbyXO Saying that fiber isn’t a necessity is crazy work 😭 I think I’m done arguing with this person, because I’m starting to think they’re just being intentionally ignorant here. Either that or the Ana-Brain curse has gotten to them 💔
It’s late anyways, it’s bedtime 💤
@FLAMinstarrz@lilmanbigdick@RigbyXO People are REALLY sensitive about the subject of protein for some reason. A lot of people think it is THE most important thing to have in your diet and that nothing else compares. Idk why. 😵💫
Protein is super important! Fiber is too! Idk why that’s controversial to say
@lilmanbigdick@FLAMinstarrz@RigbyXO The amount per 1000 cals you’re supposed to get it 14.8g. Your graph shows the highest amount the average person of one demographic gets per 1000 cals is 9.18.
Meaning.. They should be getting over 5g MORE fiber per 1000 cals than they are. And their total for the day is LOW.
@lilmanbigdick@FLAMinstarrz@RigbyXO 1) Peoples intakes are still incredibly low,
2) If you look up accredited sources about the subject, just about every one will talk about the correlation between low-fiber diets and colorectal cancer,
3) Protein is absolutely important. Not MORE important. Fiber intake matters.
@lilmanbigdick@FLAMinstarrz@RigbyXO I trust the dieticians I’ve had to see who’ve told me that the correlation between the absurdly low amount of fiber most people eat in a day and the significant rise of colon-cancer in younger gens (a cancer that historically hasn’t affected younger gens much) isn’t a coincidence
