I suggest notices must be put at all notice boards informing visitors eTIP is not compulsory. It can't be that customs officials, their runners and guards con travellers.
Too many people are loitering in the customs banking hall, this must be controlled.

Zimra staffers,, customs in particular at Beitbridge border are frustrating and cheating visistors abusing eTIP facility. They make it look like without having this eTIP prior to arriving at the border one can not buy TIP.

The real transaction is done by the customs official but they share the spoils.
While the eTIP intentions is excellent considering congestion at the border the implementation is open to abuse.
The eTIP app needs improvement. The app seems not to work at all.
