When our @easyJet flight home got cancelled in June we ended up paying almost £2000 on new flights, hotel, food etc with the assurance that we would be reimbursed. Two months later not only no money back but no acknowledgement of claim. Help please. @easyJet_press

@Hobbycraft 11 days ago I was charged three times for the same order. I have only been refunded half of the mistaken amount. I’ve been told I can’t get the rest until I send back the last package but I’ve never received it. @Hobbycraft_Help have stopped replying to my DM’s.
