As we embark on the NRM Parliamentary caucus retreat in Kyankwanzi, we must discuss & answer the question of how we can transform Uganda without wasting time and in Harmony.

We must build cohesion across the chain of Ideology, Strategy, Policy making and implementation of programs in order to deliver value to our people.

This retreat is a good opportunity for us to correct some of the mistakes like MPs using personal money to create wealth for their constituents and blocking developmental proposals sent to parliament, all of which affect the rate at which we are moving.
