I can get behind this.
Back to Daytona, pole winners and Clash winners only. 90 minute race, invert at halfway with extra money if you can win both halves.
“Reading an hour a day is only 4% of your day. But that 4% will put you at the top of your field within 10 years. Find the time.”, says Patrick Bet-David.

Blue vs. yellow/orange contrast is the fundamental signal for the circadian system/setting and present at circa sunrise and circa sunset. The relevant neurons in the eye are optimally stimulated by that contrast. No it is not present in overhead sunlight. Clouds happen; just get more early and afternoon sun to compensate on cloudy days. Have a great week all.
Life is short.
And if life is short, then moving quickly matters. Launch the product. Write the book. Ask the question. Take the chance.
Be thoughtful, but get moving.
Fast forward to now & why I'm posting this:
1) Happy birthday James. Although you are in China for manufacturing & we can't celebrate your bday, you're a goat.
2) If you're a founder & discouraged by your team - don't give up if you haven't found your wozniak. Keep searching.
The reason to deliberately do hard things is so that when non-self-elected challenges arrive (& they will), you can tell yourself: “I don’t know how this is all going to turn out, but I am certain I can do hard things.” Don’t self injure. But doing hard things is always worthwhile.
Take care of yourself and take care of others. Daily investment in the 6 pillars is the way: morning sunlight, daily movement, quality nutrition, stress control, healthy relationships, deep sleep. Re-up every 24hrs so you can contribute and support others consistently too.
Atomic Habits came out 5 years ago today!

Do not confuse effort with results.
When we try to speed up the outcome, our lack of patience undoes the result.
Results are accumulated in drops but lost in buckets.
Make sure you’re not undoing the things you’re trying to accomplish.
