We should all feel a deep sense of grief and outrage at the terrible violence that took place in Utah today. Charlie Kirk's murder is sick and reprehensible, and our thoughts are with his family, children, and loved ones.

The best way to honor Charlie's memory is to continue his work: engage with each other, across ideology, through spirited discourse. In a democracy, ideas are tested through words and good-faith debate — never through violence.

Inflation surged a WHOPPING 3% in January - that’s the biggest leap in over 2 years.

On a monthly basis, costs jumped 0.5% - the most since August 2023 - up from 0.4% in December.

According to the Labor Department’s consumer price index, inflation exceeded the 2.9% expected by economists.

Core inflation climbed 0.4%, a 10-month high, following a 0.2% bump the prior month.
